We went to Ster Kinekor, Tygervalley, yesterday to see Despicable Me 2. We bought the tickets online on Thursday already. When we got there we quickly printed our tickets only to find out that we need to get in the queue to buy the 3D glasses. The queue was extremely long with only two people helping at the counter. This was unacceptable! Why would you buy tickets online for convenience but queue anyway to buy the glasses?!?!?! Does this make sense to you?!?! There should be a separate queue for this reason only. The queues at the Kiosks were also extremely long due to one Kiosk being completely closed and the other two short staffed. This resulted in numerous people being late for the movie even though they started queuing half an hour before the movie started. The place and people is disorganized and it spoiled what was suppose to be a happy experience. Very disappointed!!
