Payment made, proof sent, got disconnected

I reconnected my DSTV last moth (June 2013) and did an EFT for the reconnection and June subscription. I sent proof of payment to [Email Removed] and [Email Removed] and called the call centre 4 or 5 times to get this payment allocated to my account. The last call was made on Friday 5th July and the call centre agent assured me my service wont be disconnected and said there was a case number on their system for the pop that I sent. On the 28th June 2013 I paid my subs for July 2013 and this was allocated to my account instantly. Over the weekend (07/07/2013) my DSTV got disconnected with a message that my account is in arrears. I spoke to the call centre and they reconnected my service because there is still a credit from the R695 I paid on the 28th. This morning (08/07/2013) I see Multichoise charged R50 reconnection fee and the R305 from last moth has still not been allocated. WHAT THE IS GOING ON IN YOUR ACCOUNT DEPT!!???!?
