On the 28th of June 2013 i went to a computicket outlet on the bluff and bought a ticket there, for a trip from Capetown to Durban for the 30th of June for an inter-cape sleep liner bus. i then cancelled the ticket on the 30th was given a reference number and everything. unfortunately i have miss placed the ticket. i called in to both computicket and inter-cape, because i had bought the ticket with my credit card, and thought they would be competent enough to trace all of the details i had available with me. To my surprise non of the two companies have been able to help, and thus have decided to that i forfeit my R510 refund.
im truly unhappy and have only this to say to both of them: it doesn't make sense to me that you can trace my computicket purchase to certain dates, yet both companies say they cant help me. i bought it with my credit card i have proof of purchase, and credit card references, i do understand that me loosing the one printed version of our agreement is problematic, but it shouldn't be unresolvable. i would think that all transaction and tickets sales were kept and made available when needed for referencing, for you to say u cant help..shows incompetence
