BAD SERVICE AT STER KINEKOR - THE ZONE

On Friday, the 28th of June 2013, we booked to watch Man of Steel at Ster Kinekor, Rosebank. After purchasing our beverages and snacks, we could only find SALT and VINEGAR popcorn sprinkles.
5 days later on Wednesday, the 03rd of July 2013, I booked to watch Despicable Me 2 with my 4 year old. The movie was scheduled to start at 2:15 - we go to the movies at 1:55pm and joined the popcorn queue. We were done in the queue at 2:45pm. There were only 4 operators at the popcorn counter, 1 of which couldn't figure out how to use the till so only 3 operators were open for service. The Manager of the cinema decided to schedule a staff meeting for that time so no other staff were available available to assist with sales. There were only 3 timeslots for the screening of Despicable Me 2. Surely he could have planned better. On getting to the popcorn counter, there were no boxes to carry out popcorn and drinks. I had to proceed to try and carry my childs beverages and snacks as well as mine and attempt to find out seats in a movie that had started at least 20 minutes before. I had a disappointed 4 year old who's movie experience was ruined due to poor planning on Ster Kinekor management
