Disconnected even though payment was made

Hi. I have paid my dstv accout every single month on time on the 28th of each month, sometime a bit earlier, and this morning it said my dstv has been disconnected.

When I go onto self service and look at my account balance it says -R112, and a minus usually mean that this is credit, I've paid more than I should. But just underneath it says to pay R1189 to reconnect, how can this be??? I've went through my bank statements as far back as 28/11/2010 and every single month has been payed, I also payed my R695 early on Friday the 28th. Had no issues for the last two years plus years, payed on time and now this. What is going on with multichoice???
