I am shocked by the disgusting service by Multichoice.
I have paid my account each month and the amount that was owed.
In March, i was told that I was owing double of my premium, which was not correct. After calling to query, I was told that MY payment was allocated to someone else account. This was supposedly sorted out for that month. Every month thereafter i had to call to query only to be first told that we owe more money and then assured that this has been sorted out. Last week, we received a call from Multichoice stating that we are going to be blacklisted if we don't pay the double premium.
I have stuck to my end of the contract by paying was due each month, yet DSTV is in breach of their contract.
Is this TREATING CUSTOMERS FAIRLY???
When I called today, I still get the same excuses from incompetent staff members that don't seem to comprehend and understand themselves.
Can someone with a brain please contact me with a proper resolution? I AM NOT PAYING WHAT I DO NOT OWE AND I WILL BE TAKING THIS FURTHER.
