I tried to rent a movie this morning paying with my credit card and failed to receive it. I call the box office call centre about the issue. The lady I spoke to said that I should try to rent it again using box office account as payment method as she has credited the account for one movie. I tried that and got a message that I hadn't enough funds to rent the movie so I resend the code and got a reply that the code as received and to be patient. So I waited a while and contacted the call centre again. The lady was busy helping me to credit my account and I got cut off so I called back an was told that there was probably a problem with the payment and that I needed to wait but was not given a time frame. I checked my account and the money did go through so I paid for the movie and I'm still not able to view it. I am not all all pleased with the service I got from the call centre as I still have no solution to the problem and i have been at it from 11:00 this morning. i wanted to watch 2 other movies as well but now I don't think it's a good idea.
