Electric Lizzrd came to take photos of my kids and they said if we want copies of the photos we can pay and they will send us the photos if our kid is not chosen. We paid for the photos of my daughter as she was not chosen and still have not received these photos. My wife called and they said they will be sending this. Still nothing has arrived. We also paid for the z-card for my son who was chosen and they said they will keep in contact with us regarding possible videos and photo shoots for him. We have not heard anything from them. I have emailed them to ask for feedback and got no response. After the third email I received a response to say they will find out and call me the next day. It has been a week and still no phone call. I would like to have feedback as to why they make promises but do not deliver. I also want to know if I can have a refund or the photos I paid for and have not received.
