On 14/05/2013 I received a marketing sms from Ster-Kinekor with the option to opt out by replying "STOP" - which I did. Today, not even a month later, I receive yet another sms offering the same opt out option. I will not waste my phone money to opt-out again - especially if you fail to acknowledge my attempt to do so the first time.
Please remove my cell number immediately from your database or I will take this matter further. Please note: Ignoring a stop request is illegal in terms of the ECT Act and not allowed in terms of the WASPA code.
