I called top tv's call centre on the 31/05 to ask for their installers details as i moved home and needed them to remove and re-install the dish and decoder from my old address to the new one. Firstly i will have to bear the cost of it, secondly i was promised to receive an sms with the contact details but did not receive the sms. I then called again on the 01/06 for the details and again i was promised that i will get an sms with the installers details but to this day i have not received any response from them. i wonder how long more they will keep me waiting! in the mean time my monthly subscription is paid but not able to make use of it. so much for service! im sure when they dont receive the monthly payment the service gets suspended but they dont care when people pay but cant use the service! pathetic!
