No bookings Allowed

I purchased timeshare at SunCity
I called the call centre today to make my bookings, and Dikeoeti made me hold on 3 times after she eventually came back saying that bookings have not yet opened,
I found this very strange as i always make my bookings in advance
This lady could not even put me on the waiting list - thus when they do eventually decide to allow me to make my bookings - there will be no units available
when i purchased my timeshare, i was told that i could make advance bookings - so what is the problem now?
