I am busy standing in the queue once again trying to buy tickets. The machines won't work to buy tickets. The counter won't accept cards so I had to draw cash and wait again. There's only one cashier on and I had to get all the way to the front the first time before finding out that the machine is also not working. How about a sign so we don't have to stand for 40 minutes before being disappointed. The queue for the snacks is ridiculous but apparently they will accept cards. I am so irritated. I am pregnant and to stand like this is absolutely not acceptable. The movie is already starting and we will be missing the beginning. What a horrible experience and a waste of time and money. This is my first night out in months and I came all the way from Saldanha bay to get this bad service.
