We installed XtraView last year October (2012). Since then the normal decoder lost audio within a month and was replaced with a refurbished model after having to drive many km to Multichoice - I bought and paid for a new one. The PVR keeps rebooting, overheating, hanging randomly and skipping scheduled recordings.
I turned on Parental Control and now it prompts for a pin every time you view a recorded program regardless of the age limit of the program. PC is set to 13.
Poor quality equipment with very bad after sales service and no hope of it getting better.
