Dstv should tell the consumer of hidden costs

I upgraded my Normal decoder to a HD PVR. In all fairness, It was a relatively easy process. I went in and bought the HD PVR at Dion Wired. Got home, And got it up and running over the phone with Multichoice. The issue I have is my so called HD PVR features don't work. I have the HD channels yet I have no access to any other functionality that is advertised on TV. I am paying premium price and I cant record channels while watching others, I cant rent movies from DSTV box office. I cant do any of the things that are advertised apart from watching the HD channels. After a little research and phoning in I was told I need the Dual LNB for my dish. This is a hidden cost that was never advertised on TV. I paid R 1500.00 for the HD PVR and now I have to fork out more cash to get the functionality that is available with a HD PVR decoder. I feel this is unfair to the consumer as the advertising on DSTV never mentions it. I would appreciate it if this is rectified and considering I have paid premium price for over a year without these features, DSTV owes me money for services not rendered.
