Mutlichoice has proven once again that their customers do not come first! I have not received any feedback since logging a query via email on the 15th of May. Instead I call practically everyday and I get told the same thing, I cannot be assisted as they do not have authority to deal with employee accounts, please call this number or that number... I am so sick amd tired of this response! Who the deals with employee accounts then??? It's certainly seems that it's nobody that works at Multichoice! I'm fed up!! All I want is feedback PLEASE!
