I booked a weekend with friend on the 26 Apr 13. I used my card to make payment and they had to hold an extra amount as deposit in-case things go missing which is refundable when checking out. In my case however the money was not refunded till today, I was told a swap story about their speed-point not picking up the transactions. I had to be the one phoning them every two days to check on the progress and still with no avail.

Now a month later instead of them refunding my money they debited my account again for the same amount that they suppose to be refunding. Guess what they are blaming Standard Bank for that.

I will be opening a case against them for cause no one is able to justify this transaction.

I am so frastated, disgusted at their poor service and angry to say the least. The thing that annoys me the most is that the reception ladies Lydia and Modiehi where so quick to point out the waiting period to me. Modiehi even went as far as telling me that he does not work for accounts. On the other hand Nkosana from account is also reminding me that this was not his fault but the receptions fault.

I want my money refunded infull.
