Today 23/5/13, in the morning there was a message on my tv screen saying i should make a payment same day, but just before 8h00 i was disconnected even though there was a R55.00 credit on my account from previous month. their customer service reps insist i have been watching dstv for 4 days without payment, disregarding the fact that my acount had R55.00 which covers those days. so i would appreciate if you can refund the reconnection fee since the account wasn't in the red at the time of you disconnecting the services and the remaining balance was going to be paid before the credity is used up.
