In 2008, I signed a 3-year cotract with Body Quest gym in Springs. When it expired in 2011, they informed me that it's coming to an end and I should renew it. When I renewed it, I signed for a 1-year contract (SP 7598). The contract expired in 2012, and I didn't renew it. Now they say I owe them, and I don't understand for what.
At the beginning of 2012, I took a month to month contract (SP0134) for my son. When I signed for it, I asked the consultant who was helping me if the 'contract' was non-binding as my son was looking for job, so if he gets it outside the Springs area and he has to move, we'll have to cancel immediately. The consultant said I could cancel anytime without penalties. My son got an internship in November 2012, I wanted to cancel, they said I should pay cancellation fee and for the remaining months to make it year's contract. In March I paid R900 for this contract and they say they allocated it to SP 7598 as it had outstanding balance. These people want to rip me off. Please help me.
