We hired a jumping castle from Jumping Jane at the end of march for our sons birthday which was for the end of April. This lady by the name of Jane requested that the full amount must be paid into the account, we phoned back and confirmed and she told us not to worry everything was in order, before the weekend of our sons birthday we tired to get hold of her and we could not on her cell number.

We e-mailed Jane and she responded to us on the day of our sons birthday that all was in order and that it will arrive at a specific time that we requested. An hour before the requested time of delivery she smsed us saying that her driver had technical problems and that it would not be delivered. I smsed her back saying that my husband had a bakkie and that he would pick it up from Jane but she never responded, Jane smsed us and she said she would refund the money. Our little Son and all his friends were so unhappy that they could not play on the jumping castle. We still waiting for our money and we have not been refunded... We have phoned various times and e-mailed and there is no response and we also tired different cell numbers and still no response.
