POOR AND VERY SLOW SERVICE, BAD ATTITUDE

I am an owner in a complex managed by Jowen Properties. My unit is rented.
In February my tenant decided to move out and after many requests and trips to their office (they do not reply to emails) they finally sent me the bill.
Unfortunatelly it was too late to deal with the tenant who was already moving out.
I requested a final reading, which they did not take. They refused to take the new tenants's deposit and only a month and a half later told me that it is due to the previous tenant's outstanding amount. The lady I spoke with was one of the owners- she spoke with me in a very frustrated manner and has made the matter personal (as she has found out that I was against them being elected). Until today they still refuse to offer such and continue billing me for late payment as well. They decide based on personal interaction whom they will bill with interest and who will be spared. It is personal agenda.
They do not get involved with the complex, they do paperwork only but charge as much as the rest of the companies who get actively involved in the well being of the complex.
I would not recommend and if I can help it I would not use them. I find them highly unprofessional.
