Original Post -'R80 000 later, damp problem persists. Supplier is able to maintain guarantee on work. Supplier, Warren recomended by Angor Property, pointed out the real issue with the damp was not with our property at all, as originally believed, but was a common property drainage pipe. Leaking pipe causing the damp to seep through the walls into our unit. This is also causing electricity issues, due to damp. Warren will carry out warrenty work, but will only complete the work once Angor Property see to common property drainage repairs. He also pointed out other unit were the owners have actually taken it upon themselves to modify the drainage with unsightly PVC pipes. Aware of this problem and that it is a common problem in the Northwold Manor complex we called Sholeen Kasipersadh, Angor Property. Over a year has pasted and still no response to our emails regarding the damp problem...
