We signed a lease agreement and paid a deposit for a property to rent, the agents were sitting with the contract unsigned by the landlord for one month, unknown to us. We get a phone call from another agent at Seef telling us, sorry the landlord had accepted another offer, there's nothing we can do! They were sitting with our contract unsigned, we had no knowledge that the landlord had not signed and we had lost a month looking for a new place! After all of this the agents Mark and Matthew at Seef Edenvale PROMISED that they would help us to find another place to rent, after calling them to please help us find a new place, neither of them have called or contacted us to view another property. They are always so busy but how is that possible when we have been looking for a place for over a year and no one form these offices ever calls us! Including Chrissie Hasapis who always states that she has lost my telephone number every time I call her. It is just so frustrating to have to deal with unprofessional agents who's job it is to help you find a home!
