I was renting a property from them and I vacated the property 3 weeks ago. I am still waiting for my deposit to be refunded. They just pass the buck and say they wait for the contractors to finalise quotes on repairs whi was only a window latch that need to be replaced. How long does that take. The next people have already moved in and status mark has got their deposit as well. If I don't mail, I don't get a reply, no feedback from them as twhen I will get it!! This is poor customer service!
