Bought a property from Abdul Wahab Williams of Cape Property Wholesalers (he was the seller, not the agent). Got bad attitude from his assistant Anmar from the beginning, insisting on interfering in the finance process between me and SAHL.
Occupation was supposed to take place on registration. The seller did not provide vacant occupation until 6 weeks later. Occupational rent agreed upon was not paid to me. He got his money from the transferring attorney and never paid my rent.
Not very professional or ethical behaviour from someone in the property business, who should know better.
I paid the bond, while he held the keys to my property.
