Service dissatisfaction

The service I get from CSI rentals is just not up to scratch; i moved in my flat September 2012 and none of my requests have been attended to till today.

* when i moved in the place was not cleaned; I had to get someone to clean for me and i was told by the agent that i will be reimbursed an amount of R300 as i paid the lady from my own pocket (this was in the contract when i signed it).
* There were cockroaches running all over the flat including the bedroom and i had to sort that out myself as well.
* I reported that one of the stove plates was dysfunctional and now the entire stove is not working.
* I also reported that the toilet seat was broken;
* there are loose tiles as well that were supposed to be fixed.
* The flat was never painted and someone was suppose to come and paint but they never did.
* the bathroom light was also not working and its dark through out the day and night as there is no sunlight that comes through the bathroom window.

i sent an email requesting the above to be sorted and no one has come back to me as yet regarding this but every month i get reminders and threats about the rent that has never been skipped; the treatment is unacceptable.
