I had rented a property at Nashira Complex in Wilgeheuwel (the premises) during November 2012 (with a year lease) and from my first month at the property i encountered problems with the chairperson of the body corporate of Nashira. The chairperson would make up false complaints about me and my fiancee and Rent a den would continuously threaten me with fines and the like, without giving me the opportunity of telling my side of the story. After three months of renting there i have rent a den my one months notice in on or about 1 February 2013. I moved out of the premises the morning of 1 March 2013. In terms of the lease agreement, rent a den would pay me my deposit back within 14 to 21 days of my vacating the premises. The 21 days have come and gone and i am still waiting for my deposit. The agent that i have been dealing with Zelda has been giving me the run around about paying me back my deposit. She is constantly full of excuses and has been giving me a bad attitude. I have sent her an email and have called her numerous times and i leave messages for her to return my call and she never does. She is clearly ignoring me and all i want is my deposit back!! This is unacceptable
