Upon me moving in there are various concerns/problems regarding the unit, please see list below:
Lights are not working properly only the bathroom light functions well
We could not lock the door from the inside for the first 6 days and eventually on day 6 the maintenance guy (Jan) came to install a new lock after 6 days of sleeping with an unlocked door.
There are two kitchen cupboard doors that needs to be fixed and the one is completely off and it was off when we moved in and was supposedly supposed to be fixed later on the very same day we moved in, but till today it's still not fixed.
Both the lounge and main bedroom light covers are missing and it looks untidy and they do not work at all.
The shower on/off handle switch is loose as a result we try to use the shower without it as we are afraid it might break the tiles as it falls of when turning shower on.
The soap basin on the shower is loose and about to fall off as well.
The bottom of both bedroom cupboards, the skirting is not 100%.
The walls throughout the flat has marks and scrapWith regards to all the other issues/faults at the flat I have not heard anything from your people as to what's going to happen.
