I ordered a report, had good service but then the actual report had no actual info on it because apparently what I was searching didn't generate any results. I understand that they generated a report for that fee but if it has no information on it, do you think I'm going to think it's a good product? They should have offered a refund or more information that would have helped me in the future with better verification to prevent a "No Data Report". I really feel like this service was a total rip off and I'll be using Lightstone in the future.
