I am renting a flat in a complex from daleglen property group.the complex has a communal satellite dish for the tenants to receive dstv. i pay R590 for the premier dstv package and half of the channels are not showing up due to poor signal strenght and quality from the satellite dish.i have made numerous telephone calls to the office of daleglen over the past 2 months and each time was informed the matter would be reported.the last call was yesterday 19 march at 09:58 and i was promised the matter would be looked into and i would be called back.i waited at home the entire day for the phone call which never came.i also wrote a letter to Mrs. Knight informing her about the problem and requesting permission to have my own satellite dish installed as this would solve he problem once and for all. i never received any response.i am a responsible tenant and i deserve better service from my landlords.
