We rented an appartment starting 1 January 2013 from Ridge. When we moved in we realised that the shower head was completely broken, the gas bottle was empty, the correct fitting for the wasjing machine was not there and the security gate could not close. On various occasions we phoned and asked when it would be fixed, i was told that it would be done on 8 January 2013. On 11 January i phone again as it was stil not fixed, i was arogantly told that he was not superman and could not oversee that theabovementioned was fixed. It has been two weeks now without any of the above issues being attended to. We are paying full rent for half of an apartment.
