Hi Peter,

In 2011 I rented an apartment in Centurion through an agent called RealNet Properties. During my stay I was called to be informed that the owner of the apartment passed on and that the apartment will now fall under lawyers/conveyencer and that FNB was selling the apartment. But I will still continue to pay my rent to RealNet since it is a practice until a new owner takes over. A new Agency came in to sell the apartment people came in to view it and were impressed the way I was keeping the apartment as if it was mine. Then I had to vacate it since a new owner had to come in Dec, 1. I vacated the apartment on the 30 Nov 2012 and was suppose to get my deposit a week or 2 later and was told that once the new owner, an agent that sold the apartment and a curator give an instruction to be refunded they will do so, that instruction was sent last year until today I have not received my deposit money. a lady called Marinda is a liaison person with a guy called Callie Louw everytime I call they will this will deposit the money til this day nothing. Mr Louw doesn't respod to emails or calls, I want t pay my registration using this money I"m stuck very appalled by his incompetency
