My girlfriend moved out of one of the unit that is being let by Rindi Estate Agents in December 2012 and until today they have not yet paid the deposit back to her.
the initial excuse was that they had not received the funds from the previous estate agent and I had to send them a proof of payment that indicated that they had received the funds on the 13Th of July 2012 (8 months ago).
I have since been calling them every week and they have been saying that they will pay the deposit at the end of each of the weeks but until today I have not received the refund.
Today they gave the excuse that they are understaffed and therefore they might only be able to make the payment at the end of the week.
When I asked for the number of the manager the person I spoke to had the guts to say she doesn't know them!!! Such pathetic service. I hope the payment will be processed this week but I have little faith in the way they have handled my query thus far.
