Pathetic service levels at Lumic Property Consultants. I would think twice before employing them to manage your complex.
I reported maintenance issues on the exterior of my unit to Lumic last year around September (September 2012), to date they are still not fixed.
I've followed up countless times with Lumic, this includes phone calls, over 20 emails, arranged for 3 quotes with contractors, I even threaten them with legal action to no avail.
On some emails I even copied the Managing Director of Lumic (Michelle Persson), but seems like nobody in senior management cares too.
I must also make a special mention on Louis Lenhoff, who also have some working relationship with Lumic; he NEVER reply to emails sent to him nor return calls when asked. If that is the case, he should not be in a client facing function.
I'm certain some of my monthly levies pays their salaries, but it's like a black hole; you pay = no service, pay some more = still no service.
After 6 months of effort I'm still at square one!
I not sure who Lumic provides a service to, but I certain are getting NOTHING from them.
It's terribly frustrating to deal with them. Warning to other complex trustees!!!
