Epic fail by Genius

I replaced the entire pool cleaning system with a Genius and pipes
I have had nothing but problems:
no suction
lazy movement
rubbish performance
smallest debris bringing it to a halt
design error in pipes
leaves get stuck in pipe and block it
i have spent more time on the pool than with my children this holiday
instead of the kit making my life easier, it has made it a misery
.
and despite contacting zodiac on the customer care help line, it appears they don't care
.
your equipment is not fulfilling the purpose for which it is designed - that sounds like failure to me
