I found the PERFECT place to rent on private property. The cell number just goes to voice mail, so I used the sites email function, only to come out at this move in property place. After looking at the pictures, and knowing where the place is, I decided it is for me! But this Move In place will not help me unless I pay them R350! For what? I dont want their services... I just want to rent that one unit! I will happily pay them R350 once I have the unit, but they dont care. Yuo just have to listen to "You hve to register" over and over again... I am now SO disappointed! And I dont know why property owners would use them.. They could have a perfect tenant here... But now that wont happen because of Move In Property!!! Disgusted to say the least!
