We have been living in Windmills complex since 1 May 2010. We have experienced numerous issues thus far. The most recent issue is that the floor in the living area is now lifting. I am not sure of the cause of it but I would guess that it's poor workmanship considering all the issues that we've exprienced since we moved in. Anthea of Monolith advised that the developer only offers a one year warranty on the property which has now expired. Thus easily wiping their hands off the responsibilty. Surely this is a structural issue leaving the developer liable for the repair. I would advise all potential buyers and renters to be very aware of Monolith and Pebblestone Properties. They paint a pIerfect picture when they want to sell you something. You do not matter once they have your money. Maybe I have been duped by my agreement. These agreements need to be checked with a fine tooth comb. The developers have yet to respond to my query. It seems like they just ignore you and expect you to go away.
