INCORRECT BILL

I received my statement for rent end of January and it said -154.59. I then thought i must have overpaid somewhere and therefore didn't pay my bill as my statement said R154 was owed to me. 1 month later i receive the following months bill and i now owe double the amount. Then i got the FINAL DEMAND letter with the two bills. Still last month's bill said i owe R-154. Please can you correct your statements as I need a proper bill to pay my rent. Its not fair that you waited a whole month before sending a demand letter when the mistake is on your side. To top it all the building is installing prepaid electricity meters when i moved out of my old place because i didn't want prepaid electricity. This is such an inconvenience as I did not want this.
