I signed a lease for an apartment starting jan 1st. I'm really dissatisfied with the service I've received from OC rentals. I'm a student renting with them I'm starting my classes Monday yet I can't access the building because I don't have the tags to access. it took them a week to get the place cleaned up which is unfair as I'm paying for an apartment I'm not occupying. they said its pre paid electricity but when I went to the apartment its not. however the main thing I'm not happy about is the access tags they telling me its not their problem that I don't have access tags I must go and buy them myself which is not what I've been informed as if I knew this place I'm taking has so many problems I wouldn't have taken it. some people who rent with them have tags but now my tags aren't working I'm assuming the previous tenant broke them or something so now I don't get why I should be running around to buy access tags. I don't even have the money to do that as all my cash got exhausted from the beginning of Jan while I was travelling to their offices to ask them to get my place ready for me to be able to move in, now the place is ready but I'm having problems entering the building.
