I'm very angry with feedback that I recieved from CSI... eversince I told them that I HAVE MOVED OUT THEY FAILING TO REIMBURSE ME WITH MY DEPOSIT.EXCUSE is their record keeping storage or where they keep the documents they notified me that carpet was not burnt when I moved in and requested the inspection list that confirmed that carpet was not burnt and I signed that. Till now I have not recieved anyfeedback what Ikanya told me is that she was not at work deu to personal issues but will look at the store room and call, from last week the 8/02/13 till now have not heard from them. I was not advised of turn around time and she couldn't wait to get rid of me or end the conversation. How long it's gonna take. i WANT MY MONEY BACK AND THEY MUST STOP POINTING FINGERS BECAUSE IKNOW EXACTLY OF WHAT I'M TALKING ABOUT.It's been almost 2 months no resolution. I don't work like that.
