Never rent form this people, no matter how desperate you are, you will never see your deposit. I have been waiting 2 months and now they have all sorts of stories when they need to pay back my deposit, I took pictures that the house was clean and the garden was neat, and then they still sent garden services and cleaners to clean the house on my expense. Neither the agent or the owner inspected that house when I moved in or out. Now they blame everything on me, to add there is a few points on my contract where they breached it, and still they have the audacity to steel my money. Guess again people, you are going to pay this deposit back to me in full. you just watch
