City Property has rendered bad service ever since I moved in, unfortunately I wasn't aware of this site at the time as i would've avoided all this service.
I had a Lease agreement with city property from 03-02-12 and requested a 6 month lease with Beth. When he found out that we request a 6 months lease, he made us sign and said he will amend it as he was in a rush. We had asked for 6 months lease as the rent would increase after 6 months and would not afford it, something i clearly discussed with Beth. After the meeting he did not give us a contract as he said he will amend it and forward it the property manager something that did not happen, even after we continuously asked for it. When we went to the offices after 5 months to give notice we were totally disregarded and given bad attitude. We tried to communicate with the managers and customers who did not help but transferred to 'Thabang, ' which was never available and we had to stay there for 12 months and barely survived financially caused debt for me. Now we have moved out and still haven't gotten deposit money, and I have tried to get through to them and still nothing. I need to cover debts caused by them but can't.
