Just as many my dealing with 4Max was, nothing but disgraceful, I had endless issues with them, every time I tried to have my issues dealt with or attend to or even just discussed, I was always informed MONIQUE was the ONLY one that could "possibly" help me, yet I HAD TO CALL IT, as IT would NEVER call me as IT was untouchable!! After three week, calling It a number of times a day, to speak to her/IT, being told she/IT was on a call or never in as IT only worked from 8:45am till 13:00pm. when i moved in, a NUMBER of issues were noted that need to be attended to in the unit, it took 4month for anything to be done, I was the one that had to fight tooth and nail to have anything attended to. Till now... I have never spoken with IT, as I'm sure IT doesn't actually exist. When it came time for my Lease to end, I was filled with such joy and happiness! I managed to move out a month before my lease was actually up to secure another HOME, so on D-Day, when I met with NITA to have the keys handed over as well as a EXIT inspection to be done, she actually informed me, "that i should have let her know that i moved out a month earlier so that she could have HELPED me so that i didn't have to pay rent at two placed! " To which i BURST out laughing at her OUTTA B*%LSH#T falling out her face!! Then then advised that " I am NOT Monique, not at all, as I actually TRY HELP people, unlike MONIQUE!! " WOW... really.. Im pretty sure that are the very same person! when i ask how long it would take, to receive my Deposit? Nita told me that if there are issues with units it does take a bit of time, HOWEVER this unit is neat and NOTHING IT WRONG!! So I shall received my DEPOSIT with in a few days. about two weeks later, I get an Email from IT/Monique, to confirm that I would be getting +- 20% of my deposit back, then attached a LIST of DAMAGED BILLED to myself!! I then had all docs printed out and clearly circled all my discrepancies and items that were utter Rubbish and FAULS Charges. which i emailed them back that very day... I emailed it to ALL emails available, with NO RESPONSE, I sent two over DEC 2018, then again in Jan 2019 another 2/3 email, YET TILL NOW NOT ONCE response!! I've received "Read Receipts" but still nothing, they hide away from their responsibilities!! This so call COMPANY should be out out of business and all employees Jailed for the Freud and Theft that they do day in & day out!!
