this is to Inform u that Mala Maistry-cell:082 726 1268 has taken occupation, 6 months ago, since March 2018 and signed a lease, paid deposit ans 1st months rent and now lies and refuses to pay rental, has been sent a notice to move, its now 2 months and, she has breached her lease aggrement and in arrears, plus refuses to move out of our Flat in Morningside,!! KENSINGTON HEIGHTS!
She is a sweet talker and needs to face the law,!
after coming across this website I see that in 2013 there was a complaint against her!!
kindly advise as to how to take this serious matter???

Mala Maistry (cell no: 082 726 1268 - [Email Removed] represents herself as a loan originator and after a long time keeping the clients on a line, guarantees the prospective buyer a loan grant BUT for a fee. Our client was charged R10 000 for a home loan application and after 3 months they have had no proof of any application been done. I own a loan origination company and after enquiring with all the banks including the one she said gave an AIP, non of the banks have an application under the purchasers ID numbers. We have requested her to send us proof of any application to any bank but to date nothing. Please any one that has had similar dealings with her contact me immediately as we are instituting legal action against her on behalf of our client and shall include your case.
