Not being paid my deposit and rent money

I leased my property with Dormel Property Group on the 1st of February this year, they placed a tenant on my property as at the 1st of this month.

Till today Dormehl Properties have not paid over the rent and deposit money into my bank account, the agent who I have been dealing is Nosipho Makhaye and all she has been doing is promising that the funds will be in my bank account the in 3 days, then she says the next day and now she is not returning my calls or responding to my messages.

I phoned Dormel Properties Head Office and they just gave me the CEO's number and advised that he is however in meetings all day.

This company is stealing from me, they have no set structure to escalate issues, their employees do not know what they are doing, everyone I speak to passes the buck and no one is willing to assist me.

I need someone to save me from this bad experience and come back to me with a solution and pay me my money.

I have never seen such poor service, lack of care and unprofessionalism.
