REFUSE AND OR FAILURE TO PAY BACK MONIES

I wanted to rent a residential premises from Dickinson Estate Letting (Pty) Ltd. I have paid an amount of R7580, 00 into their bank account on 26/09/2015 as requested.
Before signing the "AGREEMENT OF HIRE * RESIDENTIAL PREMISES" and after inspection of the place, I decided not to hire/rent the place.
