Never ever have I received the utmost disgusting servicwe in my life from Just Letting Midrand.
I moved into my apartment in October 2013 and from day one there were issues with the apartment some which have been resolved others which have not. Just Letting assured me when I moved in that they will send in my lease agreement a few days after moving in and only 1 month later did I get my lease. That was not the end of it, my door didnt lock, hinges were falling off on cupboards, lights were not working the list goes on and on, and only now in Jan 2014 did some issues get fixed. This to me is totally unacceptable and yet I am a person who pays all my rent on time with no issues. Then now i decide I have to move out and give in the 3 months notice that they require and guess what I am responsible for paying the agent's commission for the remainder of my lease amounting to R4000 odd, i have to pay administartion fees and the cherry on the cake is to pay rent should they not find a tenant.. That blew the lid off me. Just Letting is the worst agency do not use them or thier services they will rob you blind.
