I bought my Zodiac MX8 pool cleaner in November 2013 from Elene's Pools at Lifestyle centre in Centurion. They replaced the sand in the filter and they cleaned my pool. They put in pool cleaner after a few days i phoned them and told them that the pool cleaner did not work. It was standing still in the pool. Put my old creapy back no problem, working fine. I took it back to them and after a couple of days i went and fetch it from them. Put it back in the pool, same result. Phone them again and they came out to my house and saw that it was not working but the creapy does. He took it away and after about 2 weeks they phone and said i can come and fetch it. Went and fetch it, put it back in the pool, was running for about a metre and then came to a standstill, put my old creapy back and everything was fine. I phone them again and complain that it is still not working. They send an e-mail to you guys. A guy called Norman phone me on Monday (3 Feb 2014) and says that he it at my house. He had look at the new pool cleaner. Left a message that i could't read. The next day a came from work and saw the pool cleander standing still. I phone him and he said he will came backup to me. Still waiting.
