Having been renting a property through Rawson for the last 5 months, I am constantly trying to get a leaking roof and damaged balcony repaired (prior to moving in, I was informed by the agent, that all repairs were being attended too). The Rawson agent seems to have no cares about his tenants, and having taken the matter up his superiors, no improvement has been forthcoming. It seems as though, once you put your signature on the lease agreement and pay your deposit, the customer service and feedback is non existent. I would caution anybody considering to rent through Rawson Properties to think twice!!!
