Choprop has a serious problem with communication with clients. On the 1st of Feb i emailed to enquire why i received two electricity accounts in January. (one of which i paid) No one bothered to respond to my email. However they took the time to send me a letter of demand on the 05.02.2014. Complaints like the urgent and necessary need to fumigate the flat has not been attended to since September 2011. Repairs and maintenance aren't attended to either. Every month without fail i email choprop regarding the cockroach problem but it seems to be falling on deaf ears. We constantly have to email Choprop. They do not bother to respond to emails, they do not bother to return telephone calls. Their service is appalling. The admin staff need to learn manners and work etiquette.
