I struggled getting in contact with an agent called Jonathan for almost 2 weeks before I got a appointment to view a rental. Then at the viewing he only arrives an half an hour later.
The following day I had to remind him to send an application just to wait 5 days for him to respond after contacting his office and manager several times.
His Service is terrible and he is extremely RUDE
